The Digital Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the delivery of a fully integrated digital marketing strategy for the business, raising the market presence of Azerbaijan Airlines across all digital media channels, while maintaining brand identity. Innovation and creative thinking are a must to ensure that AZAL appeals to a wider, diverse audience and is differentiated through quality, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

·     Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online; advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables;

·     Developing key relationships with third party suppliers – including design agency, digital agency, agency contacts and airline clients;

·     Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including social media and digital advertising platforms;

·     Managing day-to-day production, content creation, as well as campaign budgets and schedules;

·     Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting;

·     In depth knowledge of SEO and “AdWords” programs;

·     Implementation of the Brand strategy ensuring a strong, consistent brand image is always portrayed;

·     Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy to support business priorities - including designing branded posts and videos, researching hashtags, scheduling, and reporting;

·     Ensuring that marketing related key performance objectives are implemented and achieved through monthly KPI reporting;

·     Work closely with the leadership and sales team to develop marketing materials for individual products and programs;

·    Creative input into asset and content creation, including website;

·    Copy creation across all channels for external communications;

·    Market research and competitor analysis to determine requirements, market perception and consumer trends;

·    To ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and realized in all digital marketing communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Degree or equivalent education in a marketing or related subject;

·      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels;

·      at least 3 years previous experience within a Marketing function;

·      Advanced skills in Copy Writing, Social Media Management and Content Creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

·     Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business

·     Master's degree in Business or Marketing

·     1+ year of travel or airline experience

Skills:

·     Strong analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills

·     Excellent communication and presentation skills

·     Language Skills: Azerbaijani – Fluent; English – full professional proficiency; Russian – is advantage

Work Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;

The main functions of the legal adviser are to provide legal services for the activities of a Closed Joint Stock Company, monitor compliance with the legality and protection of the property of the CJSC, regulate external legislation on the activities of the CJSC and develop and improve the internal regulatory framework of the CJSC, activities in the field of rulemaking and other legal issues.

Job responsibilities:

* Conduct legal expert examinations of draft orders, orders, instructions, regulations, and other legal documents received by the legal department in accordance with the requirements of current legislation;

* Prepare statements of claim and other court documents, represent and defend the interests of the CJSC in judicial bodies and other official instances on issues of a legal nature, immediately report to the head of the legal department on the results of the consideration of court cases of the CJSC;

* Monitor the status of the claim work in the structural divisions of the CJSC and provide methodological guidance in this area;

* To carry out constant monitoring in terms of updating and making changes to the current legislation and norms of international law of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

* Participate in the development of draft orders, orders, instructions, regulations, and other internal documents of a legal nature of the CJSC;

* Participate in the consideration of appeals, complaints and suggestions of citizens on legal issues;

* If necessary, represent the interests of the company in the relevant state bodies.

Requirements:

* Higher education in the field of Law; 

* Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs;

* Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani- fluent, English – fluent, Russian – preferably.

* Ability to correctly prioritize, simultaneously perform various tasks;

* Ability to work in a team;

As a Deputy Head of Section, you must demonstrate extensive experience and sound knowledge in  the field of finance  for bank accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Control over the operations conducted on the company's bank accounts;
• Verification of monthly operations on loans;
• Supervision over the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on credit and leasing;
• Providing the management with the information about the company's credit portfolio;
• Participation in projects related to the purchase of aircraft and preparation of documents
• Monitoring the correct daily entry of transactions in bank statements into the accounting program;

Requirements: 

• Higher education (in finance or accounting);
• At least 5 years of work experience in financial management;
• Computer knowledge (special programs): Microsoft Excel (high level), Microsoft Word (high level), 1C;
• Experience in working with loans;
• Knowledge and certifications in IFRS (international accounting standards) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking sector;
• Ability of innovative thinking and self-improvement;
• Ability to make decisions;
• Ability to prepare reports and forecast;
• Negotiation skills, required in the finance;
